Discounts
- ISD/First Responder/Government Employees: Families who qualify will receive a 5% discount
- Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 5% discount on the second child’s tuition.
Family Referral Program
- Get a referral voucher: Contact our director or assistant director to receive a referral voucher.
- Refer a family: Share your referral voucher with your friends, family, neighbors – anyone who you think would benefit from enrolling in our program!
- They enroll: When someone uses your referral voucher to sign up, we’ll know it came from you.
- Earn Rewards: Once the referred family completes their first month, you’ll both receive a reward!
Rewards
- Receive one free week of tuition for each successful referral.
- The referring family will receive their free week of tuition on the 5th week that the new family has been in attendance and must be in good standing.
- The referred family will receive a 50% discount off their 5th week enrolled and be in good standing.
Payment Policies
- Monthly tuition is due by the 3rd of each month.
- Weekly tuition is due on Monday each week.
- Payments can be made via check or credit/debit card via brightwheel.
- A $25 late fee will be applied to monthly payments received after the 3rd of the month.
- A $5 late fee will be applied to weekly payments not received by Wednesday of the week due.
- Returned checks are subject to an additional charge.
Additional Fees
- Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 per child is required at the time of enrollment.
- Late Pickup Fee: $5 for the first 5 minutes following 6:00 pm, then $10 every 5 minutes following.
Withdrawal Policy
- A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal from the program.
- Tuition will not be refunded for absences during the notice period.
Financial Assistance
